One Child, One Plant Plantation Drive

This drive’s main aim was to sensitize students towards the need to preserve our environment and ecology. Children planted the saplings and raised slogans to ‘HE WHO PLANTS A TREE PLANTS A HOPE’-Lucy Larcom

Under the EXPRESSION SERIES, a “TREE PLANTATION DRIVE” was organized from 07.09.20 to 10.09.20. This drive’s main aim was to sensitize students towards the need to preserve our environment and ecology. Children planted the saplings and raised slogans to create awareness among people. They took part in  various activities like:

• skit
• song
• role play
• puppet show
• Poem
• enactment based on trees-its importance and conservation.

They even created their vertigo gardens at homes using recyclable waste. The students also pledged to look after the saplings planted and plant more trees to save Mother Earth.
